Key Responsibilities: Financial Management:

• Drive site reviews and project budgeting to align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to facilitate timely pay-outs to contractors, vendors, and PMCs as needed.

• Devise and implement a sequence of construction activities in collaboration with contractors and PMCs.
• Monitor site operations, including MEP, civil, and planning activities, to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely availability of GFC drawings and review them for potential risks in consultation with architects and consultants.

Job Summary:

Responsible for a bigger section of the project. This job includes handling of construction activities and a few commercial activities

Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

Planning:

·Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of the daily activity of construction

·Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction

·Co-ordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities

·Manage resource mobilization and resource sharing among various sites

·Handle allocation of tasks within teams based on skill profile

·Prepare bills for payments

·Estimate quantities & orders of materials for construction

·Coordinate with site representative of client/consultant

·Responsible for optimal utilization of resources (man, management and material) and manage vendors, clients and contractors

·Handle material management for site and coordinate with store keeper
