Will be responsible for working closely with major End users (Industry End Users, System Integrators , Repair Centres ,Major OEM Installed bases . . Person should be capable to handle End Users, Partners, system Integrators & generating long term as well as short term Service Business for Industry Products.
Responsibilities:
Plan and achieve order booking targets for IDIIBS (Recurring, Modernization, consulting Businesses)
Managing existing Customer base and developing new customer base. Mapping all exisiting customers for Services Business.
Develop new customers where Installed bases of Industry Products are there.
Working on Installed bases with service Mindset.
Leverage the Channel Partners, Eco Expert-AISP , System Integrators to address the customer requirements & nurturing them for technical capability enhancement.
to gain market share in services within the Region.
Managing Sales Promotions Events.
Is able to negotiate and build relationships., Clarify customer queries and resolving problems on priority basis.
Is able to carry corporate image and should be solution provider to customer.
Excellent influencing and convincing skills, computer skills are mandatory.
Expert in PLC, Machine Solution and Drives /MV Drives for driving services Business.

About the role :
The role Manager - Service Sales (New Client Acquisition) is responsible for selling the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) to the third-party Corporate Clients and below mentioned is the brief JD.
Brief JD:
· New lead generation and client acquisition activities related to AMC across the designated region.
· Enhancing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
· Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to the client’s table.
· Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.
