Requirements:

• Experience: 15+ years in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Skills: Strong strategic acumen, financial expertise, operational efficiency, and excellent stakeholder management.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics in India and globally.

The role will have full P&L responsibility for their India operations. The role will lead and drive the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of their India business operations. This includes overseeing manufacturing, sales, operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, safety, and people development in alignment with global strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• To uphold the importance of Safety and Compliance as key strategic business priorities and seek to increase corporate value through ensuring sustainability of productivity through the effective and efficient management of Company operations.
• To work closely with Vice-Chairman of the company in setting business direction, and driving business operational strategy, including talent strategy.
• To work out annual operating plans as aligned with short-term, mid-term and long-term strategic objectives, and translate operational strategies into actionable goals for business performance and growth and set business performance goals for implementation.
• To oversee the company business operations and employee’s productivity, thus building a highly inclusive workplace culture for employees to thrive and organizational business outcomes to achieve.
