Job Description : As Manufacturing specialist, your job responsibilities include completing assigned manufacturing tasks, following company policies and work procedures. you will be required to work under the supervision of manufacturing supervisors, with fellow production operators, production leadership, technicians, and engineers to complete manufacturing jobs in an efficient manner to meet the department targets and goals. Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Be involved in Processing Raw Materials into the final Product

• Accept job assignments and adapt to change.
• Identify any special customer requests for the assigned job.
• Obtain required materials and tooling for assigned jobs.
• Set up equipment whenever there is a product change to run on the equipment.
• Prioritize and complete all tasks required to process product.
• Manage time and efficiency to complete assigned job on time.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate any issues or problems encountered during setup or while processing product.

Follow Company and Department Policies and Procedures

• Identify required company, department, safety, and job-related policies and procedures.
• Read policies and procedures.
• Apply policies and procedures to job assignments.
• Provide or accept feedback as necessary to leads/trainers and supporting personnel (i.e. Planning or Engineering)

Complete Certification and Recertification

• Participate in assigned on-the-job and other required training.
• Ask questions and request or provide feedback through the training process to increase knowledge and ability.
• Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities.
• Track training in the designated training system.

Adhere to Company rules and regulations and Promote Safety in the Workplace.

• Identify and promptly report hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper personal protective equipment and chemical safety.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers and company guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation related activities.
• To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
• Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic vial / Bottle filling process is desirable.
• To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objective and fulfilling the requirements of applicable quality procedures.
• Technical exposure and expertise on filling & Autoclave machine.
• Exposure of USFDA audits.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production line workers.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflow improvements.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct quality control checks and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of materials and finished goods on the production line.
• Maintain production records and performance reports.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote management capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on the assigned line.
• Ensure that production targets are met on time and within quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for increased efficiency.
• Train and mentor production workers, providing guidance and feedback on performance.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Manage the scheduling and allocation of personnel and resources.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate production machinery as needed and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Report on production performance and key metrics to management.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and direct a workforce.
• Proficiency in using production scheduling and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
• Physical ability to work on the production floor and lift moderate weights.
