Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Control Senior Analyst to join our Financial Crime Operations team, with a focus on Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD).
This role is all about helping us stay ahead of risk by reviewing investigations into high-risk and restricted industries, and making sure they’re accurate, timely and complete.
You’ll be assessing how our policies, procedures and standards are applied in day-to-day operations, and ensuring we’re meeting our obligations under the AML/CTF Act and other compliance requirements.
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll work closely with the QC Manager to uphold our quality standards across a range of business groups.
You’ll be involved in sampling, assurance over work completed by QC Analysts, reporting, forums, control testing, 4 eye checks and making sure the daily activities of the QC team are running smoothly.
You’ll also play a key role in coaching, training and supporting the team, and helping drive continuous improvement across our processes.
You’ll be working with stakeholders across ECDD Operations, AML Operations, Fraud and Scam Operations, Financial Crime Analytics & Systems, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk & Assurance, and KYC Operations—so collaboration and communication will be key.
About you
You - Experience in QC in FCO is a must, alongside a strong experience in AML/CTF compliance, enhanced customer due diligence and customer exits.
Experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, TTRs, IFTIs, and fraud investigations is desirable but not necessary.
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. You’re a strong communicator, a clear thinker, and you know how to turn complex information into actionable insights.
You’re also a natural coach—someone who enjoys helping others grow and isn’t afraid to give constructive feedback when it’s needed. You’re confident advising senior leaders on complex matters.
We’re looking for someone who’s emotionally intelligent, compassionate and a born leader. Someone who’s proactive, adaptable and always looking for ways to improve. You’ll be joining a team that values trust, transparency and collaboration, and we want someone who shares those values.
If you’re the kind of person who builds strong relationships, takes ownership and genuinely cares about doing meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
