The Manufacturing Operations Functional Analyst provides ongoing end-user holistic support for applications supporting manufacturing operations processes (, Advance Planning and Scheduling systems, ERP engineering and manufacturing module, Manufacturing Execution System) during implementations projects, as well as business as usual activities. Key Duties
- Support manufacturing operations applications’ end-user
- resolve incidents and problems related to manufacturing operations area, including Oracle EBS manufacturing module, APS and MES
- lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents
- lead the deployment of enhancements in manufacturing operations’ applications area (, Oracle EBS, APS, MES, etc.) particularly in the designing, building, testing, implementation and stabilization phases
- develop test plans to ensure proper system functionality and defects free release and meet business requirements; maintain systems to ensure reliability and performance

- take part in digitalization projects as subject matter expert for manufacturing processes
- work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience on Oracle EBS engineering and manufacturing area
- 5-7 years of experience on Advanced Planning and Scheduling and Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- International experience
- Experience in an international System Integrator company is a plus
Basic Skills
- Strong English language skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
Technical / Functional skills
- Deep experience with Oracle EBS ENG, MFG module
- Experience with APS and MES solutions is essential
- Experience with Oracle ASCP is a plus

- People & Safety Leadership
Lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources for operational staff.
Drive a safety-first culture across the site in alignment with OH&S and WA legislative requirements.
Champion food safety and site hygiene in accordance with internal and external standards.
Ensure effective workforce planning and cross-departmental resourcing.
