About The Role
As Manager/DGM – Manufacturing, you will lead the operations of a multi-category manufacturing facility with respect to best-in-class design standards, productivity, procurement, delivery & safety practices.

- Deliver key operational goals including safety, quality, cost, operating plant efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Lead and direct process improvement, problem solving, and crisis management for operational issues.
- Prepare a safety accident prevention plan for the site in line with the corporate safety plan for excellence including BCP/DRP, Risk mitigation & Crisis management, Onsite emergency plan.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive quality control system for all aspects of the plant.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, team members, and management.
- Regularly report on plant status and progress to senior management and stakeholders, including updates on budget, major plant KPIs, critical project timeline and risk management.

Budget Responsibility
- Manage budgetary responsibilities with respect to the allocated budget for the Greenfield / Brownfield project expansions, Capital spends, Material wastages, Fixed overheads, Manpower nos and costs.
- Identify and prepare any other budgetary requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery within the approved project budget at all times.
- Anticipate budget over-run in advance and appraise relevant stakeholders proactively, wherever applicable

- Health, Safety & Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, enforce 5S standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Team Development: Monitor attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and support skill development across teams.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in budget planning, monitor manufacturing costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies, streamlining operations, and elevating product quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations, preferably within water treatment, boiler manufacturing, or solar water heater industries.
- Education: Graduate or Engineer or industrial management is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable with international coordination.
- Collaboration: Ability to work across all levels of the organization with a team-oriented mindset.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with manufacturing systems and lean production methodologies is a plus.
- Industry Background: Candidates must have prior experience in manufacturing within the water treatment, solar water heater, or boiler manufacturing industries
