- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean tools and methodologies to solve complex operational challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process simulation.
- Experience with CAD software for layout design and optimization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and production planning.
