Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing process development and scientific research.
- Proven expertise in at least one advanced manufacturing technology (e.g., Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Composites, Semiconductor Fabrication, Precision Machining).
- Strong background in materials characterization, process modeling, and simulation.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding research projects and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong publication record or patent portfolio is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
