Job Description

  1. Oversee and manage the technical operations of leather production units, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

  2. Monitor the performance of production machinery, conduct regular maintenance checks, and troubleshoot any technical issues to minimize downtime.

  3. Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure the production of high - quality leather products in compliance with industry standards.

  4. Supervise and guide technical teams in the operation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and machinery.

  5. prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports and records for production activaties, machine performance and qualtu control insepctions.

  6. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely acquisition of raw materials, machinery and tools required for production.

  7. Ensure that production schedules are adhered to and that any delays or issues are promptly.

  8. Provide technical support during the implementation of new technologies or upgrades in the production unit.

9.Any othe work assigned from time to time.
