**Continuous Improvement**:

**Training and Development**:

**Qualifications**:

Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in quality control in a pharmaceutical or injectable manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

**Knowledge**:
Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, EMA guidelines, and other regulatory requirements for injectable products.
