**Role and Responsibilities**:
**1. New product development**: Play a supporting role for team in literature review, research and formulations (powders, capsules, oil, ointments etc.) for different segments such as skincare, bone health, endocrine balance, weight management.
**2. Product line formulation**:Support team in the formulation of product lines including updating manufacturing documentation of all operations involved in product cycle from raw materials to packaged products stage. Suggesting improvements to enhance production process, efficiency, quality and safety.
**3. Batch testing and stability testing**:Batch testing and stability testing of raw materials and finished products. Identifying and implementing quality assessment tests and analysis to meet product specifications and quality standards.
**4. Herbs collection**:Ensure good quality harvesting and drying of medicinal herbs and farm produce; and maintaining their storage and batch records.
**5. Stocking and storage**: Regular stock management of raw materials, finished products, packaging materials, wastage materials and other goods ensuring items are kept in best storage conditions.
**6. Distribution records**:Preparing and maintaining distribution records of various product ranges, farm produce and bulk materials.
**7. Product registration**:Work with team to get products approve by AYUSH, FSSAI and applicable bodies.
**8. Cleanliness and hygiene maintenance**: Routine cleanliness checks on machinery and equipments, production spaces, store rooms, storage systems and hygiene of workers
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
**1. **Bachelor’s in pharmacy /Diploma in Pharmacy or a relevant qualification in pharmacy
**2. **Work experience - 1 year
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
**1. **Experience of working under manufacturing team in a pharmaceutical, ayurvedic, cosmetic or related industry
**2. **Experience of manufacturing ayurvedic extracts, oils, emulsions will be given preference
**3. **Proficient in English speaking and writing
**4. **Disciplined, punctual and professional at workplace environment
**SALARY AND ALLOWANCES**
**1. **Salary on probation: INR9000 to INR12000 based on experience and skills
**2. **Salary after probation: INR11000 to INR14000 based on experience, skills and performance duration probation
