Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN . This role is critical in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards in manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for analyzing existing production lines, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and lower costs. Your duties will include designing and developing new manufacturing processes, selecting and integrating appropriate technologies, and creating detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will work closely with production teams, quality control, and R&D to troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques is essential.
