The Global Markets Operations (GMO) Back Office India is in charge of supervising the production of different teams in an efficient and sound way and manage projects around his/her scope.

In her/his day to day, the candidate will communicate with Regional Head of Back office, Head office managers, compliance, operational risk, Middle and Front office (sales, traders and Business managers), IT, HR, COO Project Team and GMO Project Team.

The team is composed of different sub teams on all Global Markets Business lines that work on both derivatives and securities.

There are many projects and New Products impacting her/his scope which require a critical thinking and ability to adapt to changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Head of Global Market Operations Back Office India at Natixis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Control daily the KRI by ensuring proper escalation level and quality of comments in the tools
  • Ensure a zero delay on all internal and external audit as long as any regulatory requirement
  • Improve efficiency of the team by doing regular sit in with minutes and adjusting the documents in place to tracks unitary time of every process and create synergies between her/his teams
  • Set up the governance meetings, ie daily meeting with the sub teams, weekly meeting with her/his team leader and weekly meeting with offshore managers
  • Propose and deliver efficiency gains by streamlining or automating processing
  • Maintain knowledge to a high level by reviewing the skill matrix and propose action plan to improve knowledge sharing
  • Manage wisely holidays to avoid end of year packs
  • Report and monitor the capacity management of the teams and raise early warning to her/his management
  • Declare incidents, client complaints and follow related action plans
  • Change mindset of the team by influencing them to challenge process and have a risk-based approach (team member should raise her/him early warning whether capacity, FO request or behavior to ensure proper segregation of duties, or risky process)
  • Improve her/his team leader skillsets for them to monitor production indicators and allocation of tasks within the team
  • Regularly assess the quality of the teams with offshore managers (Head Office and Regional Head of Back Office) to keep trust and follow action plan if any.
  • Maintain and develop documentation (SOP/Procedures) according to Natixis Standard



Required Skills

**Position Summary**
Solution architect for In-Market Logistics Operations is responsible to support design and implementation of digital and process solutions for seamless delivery of products on a global scale and overseeing the development operation of In-Market Distribution Centers and regional logistics hubs including secondary distribution physical and related financial flows, inventory ownership model and 3rd Party Distributor Order Management. + Supports the advancement of digital and process solutions across all aspects of in-market distribution, warehousing and transportation.

**Role Overview:** The Service Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing key aspects of process governance and operations for the Cornerstone Global Professional Services Operations team. + Conduct end-to-end analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across process, people, and technology, specific to the global delivery and partner operations.

**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**
In this role, you will employ data analysis skills coupled with analytical reasoning skills to study partner performance data and develop actionable insights to aid partners to improve their performance on the Target Plus marketplace. You will also study guest returns, perform analyses and derive actionable insights for internal business teams as well as Target Plus partners to reduce the rate of guest returns.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and drive projects to reduce cycle time of return disputes processing to elevate partner experience
+ Apply descriptive statistics to identify opportunities that affect financial loss to Target
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop frameworks and routines to assess areas to reduce controllable expenses for Target Plus
+ Influence Product decisions to improve efficacy and efficiency in return dispute management to elevate Partner and Team Member experience
+ Independently analyze and articulate actionable insights to reduce guest returns
+ Partner with category management, onboarding and data analytics teams to develop action plans to reduce return rates
+ Participate in cross functional discussions and influence decisions to reduce guest returns
+ Provide weekly reports along with actionable insights on Returns and Return Disputes
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data required to prepare partner scorecards
+ Create partner performance improvement plans to improve partner performance
+ Track and report partner performance improvements against defined plans on a monthly basis
+ Gain subject matter expertise and ensure that external and internal knowledge articles are updated in a timely fashion
+ Drive Six Sigma and A3 quality improvements projects focused on delivering business value
+ Use SQL and Domo to extract reports, perform analyses and derive actionable insights and report the same to Minneapolis leaders and stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Graduate or Post Graduate or engineering degree in a field of International Business, Supply Chain or Vendor Management
+ At least 4 years' experience in onboarding, service or support roles in digital, business-to-business (B2B), or other customer/client facing industry
+ Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
+ Methodical and Organized in planning and execution
+ Strong problem solving and logical reasoning abilities
+ An understanding of statistical theories and practice
+ Expert MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
+ Ability to analyze data using MS Excel and Domo
+ Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills
+ Able to manage multiple priorities, and work with speed and accuracy
