**Key responsibilities**
**Branded Formulations for Emerging Markets**
1. Responsible for comprehensive market research for patient journey mapping, competition mapping and customer insights to support pre-launch Go-To-Market planning for Emerging markets
2. Candidate needs to have prior experience working with Market Research agencies to initiate, research, co-develop questionnaire and discussion guide, review data, modulate pre-read, develop read-outs and findings/recommendations to create meaningful study reports and conclusions.
3. Patient Journey Map- Detailed understanding of patient path from presenting to a with initial symptoms to post-treatment follow-up. Identify key touchpoints, interactions throughout their healthcare journey which can be leveraged in the product launch.
4. Competition Insight Analysis- Analyse competitive landscape and market dynamics to help develop sound strategic decision making. Provide actionable insights to support market entry/expansion strategies
5. Customer Insight Analyses: Prepare best-in-class customer insight analyses to enable strategy formulation pre-launch and post launch operations and actions to improve in the country
6. Pricing Studies- Understanding of pricing and volume analysis on models which can help develop right pricing for assets across emerging markets
7. Data Management and Analytics- Collect, manage, and analyse large datasets from various sources, including sales data and market research. Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights from data.
8. Strategic Decision and Decision making- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

**Job Description**
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with global AVS product management and marketing teams to advocate for and support their plans for VOC research to generate needed insights for various stages of product development, launch planning and commercialization. Advise on correct research scoping to meet business requirements.
+ Manage the design and successful implementation of primary VOC research to obtain structured customer feedback across the product lifecycle, in particular related to customer challenges/unmet needs, Value Proposition development/validation, pricing and customer journey - through qualitative, quantitative and mixed research methods.
+ Responsibilities include understanding stakeholder objectives, preparing RFP, vendor selection, guiding study design, fieldwork issue resolution, and input/guidance to vendor partners on research results and insights presentation for maximum impact.
+ Occasionally involves end-to-end research planning and execution using internally available tools/ resources.
+ Synthesize cross-cutting insights from multiple studies as input to AVS segment teams. Act as the customer insights knowledge hub to share intelligence across teams.
+ Identify key customer insights gaps and advise senior management on market and customer trend research needs and opportunities.
+ Identify and introduce innovative research methodologies, approaches, and partners.
+ Manage relationship with third-party Research agencies, in coordination with the Customer Research leads in the other GE HealthCare business units/regions and global Sourcing.
+ Understand, educate stakeholders and ensure compliance with (i) external international and national legal and ethical market research regulations/ guidelines and (ii) internal GE HealthCare procedures related to market research in the Healthcare industry.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or equivalent
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer/market research
+ Minimum of 2+ years of healthcare industry market and customer research experience
+ Experience in the end-to-end design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative customer and market primary research. Demonstrated experience with key customer research methodologies
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as data analysis skills
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, with established project management skills
+ Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate frequent work during U.S. morning hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Science, or equivalent
