We are seeking a Product Analyst – Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join Open’s marketing team. This role will be the backbone of our data-driven decision

making ,turning raw numbers into actionable insights that improve campaign efficiency, strengthen customer journeys, accelerate

acquisition, and maximize revenue impact. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing,

product, and analytics , shaping campaigns, enhancing customer journeys, and enabling sustainable growth


Responsibilities:


  • Build and manage marketing dashboards to track performance across channels (paid, organic, outbound, PR, events) with a detailed understanding of channel operations.
  • Map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify friction points, optimize engagement, and improve lifetime value.
  • Analyze funnel metrics (MQL to SQL to Opportunity to Revenue) to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
  • Perform forecasting and predictive analysis for the various business units.
  • Perform cohort, retention, and churn analysis, with a focus on power user behaviors and feature-level adoption patterns.
  • Partner with Paid Inbound, Outbound, SEO, and Product Marketing teams to provide insights on CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Own marketing attribution modeling and recommend budget allocation across channels.
  • Conduct feature usage and product adoption analysis to uncover cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing efficiency, spend vs ROI, retention drivers, and pipeline health for leadership.
  • Support A/B testing, personalization, and campaign optimization with actionable data insights.
  • Conduct competitive and industry benchmarking to guide growth strategy.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years experience as a Marketing Analyst/Business Analyst in SaaS, Fintech, or B2B organizations.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and journey tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or Userpilot.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clevertap).
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) will be an added advantage.
