**Reporting to the Digital Marketing Technology Supervisor, the Marketing Insights Analyst II will lead data-driven initiatives across marketing, product, and strategic planning.** In this role, you will own key dashboards, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into impactful business decisions.
This position is part of the **Growth Marketing Team** located in **Bangalore, India** and will be **on-site** .
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
- Designing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio
- Analyzing campaign performance, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Using SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Analytics to uncover insights
- Integrating SaaS tools and data into BI platforms and ensuring data quality
- Conducting deep-dive analysis using SQL, R, and advanced Excel
- Leading A/B testing and performance optimization efforts
- Translating business questions into analytical frameworks and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Providing SEO and PPC insights to digital marketing teams
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio, and advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

+ Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, GA4, SEMRush or other B2B MarTech: **Deliver** suggestions to optimize CMS/PIM, web analytics, marketing automation, SEO, and survey results.
+ Marketing performance analysis & BI dashboarding: **Design** BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to marketing, brand, and product teams.
+ Attribution modeling & funnel analysis expertise: **Clarify** channel performance and customer journey impact.
+ Strong communicator and cross-functional leader: **Lead** reporting meetings, translate data into business language, and influence decisions
+ Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation: **Implement** and evaluate experiments to optimize campaigns and drive scalable marketing outcomes.
