The Role

Responsibilities and Duties
Data Collection & Management:
- Collect, clean, and integrate marketing data from various sources including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot), Google Analytics, social media platforms, advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and other relevant tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain with marketing operations a comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates (MQL to SAL, SAL to Opportunity, etc.), campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Analyse marketing campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular, actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve overall effectiveness.
Attribution Modeling:
- Work with marketing operations and regional marketing on developing and refining marketing attribution models to accurately measure the impact of different marketing touchpoints on pipeline and revenue.
Forecasting & Budgeting Support:
- Assist marketing operations in developing marketing forecasts and budget allocations based on historical data and projected performance.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with marketing team members (content creators, demand generation specialists, marketing operations, and product marketing) to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
Tool Management & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.

Essential
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar data analysis role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
