Marketing Technology Solutions (MarTS) is building cutting-edge, intuitive, intent-driven marketing products to empower our customers, generate high-value leads and fuel the Mastercard brand. We are a part of the Corporate Technology Solutions Group Mastercard Technology business unit that powers the customer technology backbone of Mastercard. MarTS operates at the center of marketing, business, product, and technology, and brings to life marketing strategies and helps to pave the way for new ones that power our growth. This product manager would be focused on supporting our Marketing Operations business partners, helping to drive the roadmap and product backlog for our instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing Salesforce, capturing and prioritizing product requirements and leading migrations to ensure seamless integrations.
Senior Product Manager - Technical would be responsible for the following activities:
- Defines roadmap objectives, derived from business needs, regional market opportunities, and technology trends
- Using the Working Backwards method, decomposing business requirements and customer experiences into features and user stories that drive the product roadmap
- Works with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind business requirements
- Effectively articulating requirements with engineering teams and business partners
- Acts as the voice of the business customer and accountable for the product roadmap
Responsibilities
- Coordinates across stakeholders to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities
- Elicits and decomposes business requirements into user stories and technical requirements
- Contributes to defining the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories
- Recommends trade-off decisions on product features /backlog items based on data/insights
- Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by engineering teams
- Makes use of user research, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the product and business needs and to inform the backlog
- Coordinates with interdependent teams on product requirements
- Works closely with design on the user experience
- Continuously monitors feature development adjusting throughout implementation as needed
- Reviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set
- Prepares launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health for feature sets
- Supports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
- Stays aligned with GTM plans for the feature set
- Identifies issues that will keep the product features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing & Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both digital marketing, & sales, particularly with educational institutions, and hands-on experience with Canva, CRM tools. The candidate should be able to close deals with prospects and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
The executive will be responsible for generating leads, creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, distributing marketing materials, and delivering product demos to potential clients. The role will also involve reporting on daily sales and marketing activities and meeting set targets for closed deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies to drive brand awareness and attract target audiences.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage the company's presence across , Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms to build engagement and promote services.
- Online Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, paid ads (Google, Facebook, ), and SEO optimization to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Campaign Creation: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the educational sector to generate qualified leads using Email campaign, Whatsapp campaign, SMS campaign & Cold calling using CRM Tools.
- Distribute Marketing Materials: Develop and distribute brochures, emails, newsletters, and other marketing materials to target educational institutions.
- Track marketing performance and generate reports that measure the success of campaigns, engagement metrics, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategy.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage with educational institutions to promote and sell our software services.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report daily on sales activities.
- Deliver product demonstrations (both online and in-person) to potential clients, effectively conveying the value of our software.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and sales strategy.
- Meet and exceed set targets for deal closures on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reports to the management team.
QA Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Regularly do the manual testing of the web applications and mobile applications.
- Automation Testing: Manage and groom the automation tests on API tests, performance tests, UI tests, mobile app tests using Karate framework.
- Development: Given an opportunity, should have the curiosity and ability to self-learn & upskill as a software engineer in these technologies ReactJS, Java, Terraform, AWS etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in both digital marketing & sales, particularly within the educational sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
- Strong understanding of content creation, social media management, and online marketing strategies.
- Demonstrable knowledge in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively demo software services.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and online marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex software solutions.
