Community & Content Growth

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing, coupled with strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic search rankings.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (SEM, PPC) across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and campaign promotion.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance metrics, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion rates.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for various digital assets.
  • Contribute to the overall brand strategy and online presence.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
