We’re looking for a Campaign & Retention Manager to join our growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey for one of the fastest-growing healthtech brands.
About the Role
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll lead the design and execution of targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels focused on improving engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. Your insights will power smarter segmentation, meaningful personalization, and stronger long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across all lifecycle stages
- Drive retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty through targeted communications
- Set up automated journeys (cart abandonment, inactivity triggers, reorder reminders, etc.) using tools like Clevertap, Netcore, MoEngage, or WebEngage
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and tech teams
- Lead retention-focused initiatives including cohort strategies , churn prevention , and loyalty programs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
- Prior experience in healthtech , e-pharmacy , or consumer internet sectors is a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM automation, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Netcore, etc.)
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
Key KPIs You'll Drive
- Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase Rates
- Growth in LTV and LTV:CAC ratio
- Open rates, CTRs, and Conversion metrics from campaigns
- Loyalty and referral program adoption
- Reduction in churn
