Overview
The Marketing Technology Solutions team at Mastercard is looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Sales Cloud to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is key in enabling advanced marketing capabilities across multiple channels to support Mastercard's B2B marketing initiatives. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will work on innovative software solutions that directly support the company's global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud system configurations, optimizing journeys, automations, and data extensions, and implementing Marketing Automation Platform migrations to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales operations.
Role
In this position, you will:
· Maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support Mastercard's marketing ecosystem.
· Manage integrations between Pardot, Sales Cloud, and other marketing platforms, systems and tools.
· Manage the migration from multiple Pardot, HubSpot, and Marketo marketing automation platforms to a single enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
· Develop and implement custom data extensions, automations, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
· Design and execute personalized customer journeys and automated campaigns using Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
· Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
· Work closely with sales and marketing operations to analyze and define requirements, and to develop migration plans and implementation strategies.
· Provide training and support for marketing and sales teams on best practices and system usage.
· Ensure data accuracy and develop strategies for data cleanup and deduplication.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
· Have significant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications and other related Salesforce certifications.
· Be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions.
· Be familiar with integration patterns, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce, middleware, and RESTful API integrations.
· Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation best practices.

Desirable Capabilities:
