• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance
Customer Engagement
• Respond to inquiries and direct or escalate technical queries as needed

Tradeshow & Events
• Support sourcing of promotional items and event materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on logistics and branding

Website & Digital Content

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the marketing department's initiatives through organizing campaigns, developing marketing materials, coordinating events, and maintaining digital channels. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
+ Coordinate content creation for email marketing, social media, blog posts, and website updates.
+ Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
+ Manage the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support promotional activities and events.
+ Help organize and execute trade shows, webinars, sponsorships, and other marketing events.
+ Maintain marketing databases, including contact lists, media libraries, and performance reports.
+ Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
+ Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
+ 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred (internships included).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,Twitter, etc.)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media scheduling tools preferred.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Advanced English Level
