About you:


In this key role, you will lead the marketing and growth strategy for Access Hospitality's APAC operations, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth across our accommodation technology portfolio. This role will oversee market expansion across the existing APAC 26,000+ venue customer base whilst establishing strategic growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies for APAC hospitality markets. We are a leading provider of solutions in the UK and US mid-market, and we have the opportunity to bring those solutions to APAC, allowing our customers to focus on delivering great experiences for their consumers and employees.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across accommodation solutions
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market entries. This will be primarily driven by adapting and launching our global products in diverse APAC markets, based on clear understanding of target customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with global teams while adapting strategies for APAC market nuances. We are a global team of more than 1,500 team members across 25+ products, in growth phase in APAC.


Revenue Growth & Performance


  • Own marketing-driven revenue targets and pipeline generation
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value across all product lines
  • Develop pricing strategies and packaging approaches such as suites and bundles for different market segments relevant for building local market opportunities.
  • Implement growth experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision making


Market Development


  • Build strategic partnerships with key hospitality technology providers and distributors
  • Establish thought leadership presence to build overall profile for our solutions via mechanisms such as industry events, partnerships and content marketing
  • Develop channel partner programs and co-marketing initiatives


Team & Operations


  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, events, and partnerships. These teams are based throughout Asia Pacific.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization
  • Establish marketing operations frameworks including CRM, marketing automation and analytics. It is expected this role will lead and execute with AI solutions, driving enhanced outcomes.


Essential Experience & Expertise


Background (10-15 years)


  • Industry Senior marketing/growth leadership in hospitality technology, travel tech, or accommodation providers.
  • Deep understanding of property management systems, channel management, revenue management, or reservation systems
  • Experience with hotel/accommodation operators and their technology decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of distribution channels, OTAs, and hospitality ecosystem dynamic


Technology & Growth Experience


  • Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS businesses
  • Experience with a multinational company and diverse product set, including multi-product portfolios and cross-selling strategies

On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors including CRED's Kunal Shah, Flipkart's Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan's Sujeet Kumar among others.Role and Responsibilities:- Develop a go to market plan for business launch, including budget, forecast, efficiency targets, and channel and partner selection.- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and own growth marketing strategy and inform our customer-facing experience across acquisition and retention.- Build dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs.- Post-launch, design and implement optimization tests across our end-to-end customer funnel (from acquisition through lifecycle retention).- Develop and drive lifecycle retention program, including transactional messaging, trigger programs and large-scale campaigns.- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative) to develop advertising assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to manage programs at launch and beyond.- Own management and results of ad channels post-launch, including budgeting, reporting, and efficiency optimization.- Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth.Requirements :- 6 - 8+ years of prior experience in Marketing strategy- Prior experience in driving engagement on social or internal platforms with creation of event calendars and innovative engagement events will be useful- Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch.- Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders.Our Way Of Working- An opportunity to work on something that really matters.- A fast-paced environment to learn and grow.
