Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies for APAC hospitality markets. - Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across accommodation solutions
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market entries. This will be primarily driven by adapting and launching our global products in diverse APAC markets, based on clear understanding of target customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with global teams while adapting strategies for APAC market nuances. We are a global team of more than 1,500 team members across 25+ products, in growth phase in APAC.
Revenue Growth & Performance
- Own marketing-driven revenue targets and pipeline generation
- Optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value across all product lines
- Develop pricing strategies and packaging approaches such as suites and bundles for different market segments relevant for building local market opportunities.
- Implement growth experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision making
Market Development
- Build strategic partnerships with key hospitality technology providers and distributors
- Establish thought leadership presence to build overall profile for our solutions via mechanisms such as industry events, partnerships and content marketing
- Develop channel partner programs and co-marketing initiatives
Team & Operations
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, events, and partnerships. These teams are based throughout Asia Pacific.
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Establish marketing operations frameworks including CRM, marketing automation and analytics. It is expected this role will lead and execute with AI solutions, driving enhanced outcomes.
Essential Experience & Expertise
Background (10-15 years)
- Industry Senior marketing/growth leadership in hospitality technology, travel tech, or accommodation providers.
- Deep understanding of property management systems, channel management, revenue management, or reservation systems
- Experience with hotel/accommodation operators and their technology decision-making processes
- Knowledge of distribution channels, OTAs, and hospitality ecosystem dynamic
Technology & Growth Experience
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS businesses
- Experience with a multinational company and diverse product set, including multi-product portfolios and cross-selling strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in growth metrics, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution
