Responsibilities:

· Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations

· Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

· Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

· Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Requirements:

Proven experience as marketing officer for atleast 1 year.

· Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

· Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Should have good communication skills in English & Malayalam.

· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

To lead and execute offline marketing initiatives for cosmetics brand

Responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving sales, expanding market reach through innovative offline strategies

Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in offline marketing

Excellent communication

Ability to travel for events and promotions.
