**Brief Job Overview**
The Marketing Operations Manager will drive the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and media platforms to localize global campaigns and commercial initiatives and achieve regional business goals, maintaining global brand standards. This role also leads content development and communication strategies to amplify USP's scientific leadership and stakeholder engagement in South Asia. The role leads marketing operations for USP workshops and conferences and trade shows that USP participates in South Asia. The position also supports internal communications and employee engagement by managing affinity group initiatives and promoting a strong organizational culture. The role oversees digital performance tracking, CRM-driven lead nurturing, and vendor coordination to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.

**Marketing Operations**
+ Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with global marketing leads , digital marketing and regional sales, scientific affairs, education and external affairs.
+ Coordinate with regional distributors to align on marketing campaign execution, ensure timely dissemination of promotional materials, monitor distributor's marketing efforts and support local outreach efforts.
+ Develop and maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, and performance dashboards.
+ Lead regional marketing programs across events, webinars, digital marketing campaigns based on global campaigns and local business goals, and product launches.
+ Develop & manage media opportunities to create greater awareness of USP thought leadership & advocacy efforts; identify & nurture relationships with key trade & business media outlets in South Asia
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, External Affairs, USP India Science team) to localize marketing content and initiatives.
+ Manage vendor relationships (creative, digital, event) to deliver high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns on time.
**Communication and Content**
+ Execute internal and external communication strategies that enhance USP's brand visibility and stakeholder engagement in South Asia region.
+ Localise messaging for press releases, product communications, newsletters, social media, executive speeches, and thought leadership content.
+ Partner with global communication teams to amplify success stories, regional milestones, and scientific impact in India.
+ Manage development of regional customer-facing presentations, event kits, brochures, and whitepapers.
+ Ensure consistency and compliance with USP branding, tone of voice, and messaging across all communication and marketing materials
**Digital Engagement and Analytics**
+ Lead execution of digital marketing campaigns in South Asia based on global campaigns and regional content strategy, amplifying the regional digital channels.
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators across marketing initiatives
+ Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns in collaboration with Sales team.
**Internal Communications**
+ Support India-based affinity groups, helping coordinate events, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that foster inclusivity, belonging, and organizational culture.
+ Create messaging, visual content, and communications that promote participation, celebrate milestones, and strengthen employee connection to USP's mission.
**Who is USP Looking For?**

1. Bachelors/Masters in business marketing / Digital marketing & Communications/ Brand Management/

3. The candidate should have good written and communication skills in the English language.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager is a key individual contributor responsible for driving the scalability, efficiency, and performance of BDx’s global marketing operations. ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager is a key individual contributor responsible for driving the scalability, efficiency, and performance of BDx’s global marketing operations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across analytics, platforms, budget governance, lead management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing systems, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Analytics

  • Manage all aspects of global and regional marketing operations
  • Monitor marketing activities and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance through KPI tracking and dashboards
  • Analyze data to assess trends, campaign ROI, and sales funnel efficiency
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports to the marketing and leadership teams
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and marketing automation platforms

Platform & Process Management

  • Manage and integrate marketing platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Oversee CRM hygiene, automation workflows, and lead routing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in collaboration with IT/Tech Ops
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and marketing best practices

Lead Management & Funnel Optimization

  • Design, track, and optimize the lead lifecycle: from MQL to SQL
  • Manage handoff processes between marketing and sales to ensure alignment
  • Improve lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing flows

Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Monitor and manage the central and regional marketing budgets
  • Track cost-effectiveness of campaigns and events
  • Liaise with and manage third-party vendors and agency partners

Events & Content Infrastructure

  • Coordinate marketing operations for events, including post-event lead integration
  • Manage internal asset libraries and external content management systems
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and up-to-date
  • Understanding of strategic brand management
  • Understanding of digital marketing and analytics

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • MBA or post-graduate certification in Marketing / Analytics is a plus
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing operations or similar for 7+ years
  • Data center, telecom, and other tech industry experience highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (MS-Office, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Experience with marketing automation (preferably Hubspot) and Salesforce. Certification is a bonus
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and BI dashboards
  • Experience in lead management, pipeline analytics, and campaign tracking
  • Fluent in written English and strong presentation skills
  • Exposure to APAC markets, data and reporting would be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
