Position Overview:
Trimble, a global leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a qualified Marketing Services Associate to support our new product introductions and ensure the integrity of product data across our enterprise systems. This role will serve as a critical link between Product Management, Operations and Finance groups, facilitating the accurate configuration and maintenance of product information throughout its lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in system implementations and process improvement initiatives related to Trimble’s CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations Engineering to understand and execute lifecycle plans for new product launches and phasing out old products.
Partner with Product Managers from various business units to facilitate the onboarding of new offerings into Trimble’s systems.
Act as a liaison between offering teams, business areas, revenue operations, and technical design teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product submission sheets.
Determine optimal product configuration structures to enhance commonality and address complexity. Collect market requirements to guide the integration of Oracle systems for fulfillment, provisioning, and activation.
Secure necessary approvals for proposed product data prior to part number creation in compliance with SOX audit controls.
Configure product data in relevant systems, including Oracle, Agile, Salesforce, Kantata, Elastic Path, Entitlement Management System, and Aria, across both test and production environments.
Stage product data in test environments to support user acceptance testing and ensure seamless transaction flow from customer order to fulfillment.
Provide support for large-scale transformation activities, including troubleshooting setup issues during testing timeframes, and during hypercare phases.
Develop and implement strategies to standardize part number setups across all business areas, ensuring sustainability for Trimble and business partners.
Conduct training for product managers on part number creation and associated product launch processes at Trimble.
Review the RoHS status of shippable items/parts, generate valid Trimble RoHS certifications, and ensure compliance.
Act as the business representative in collaboration with information technology resources to facilitate the development and maintenance of Oracle product e-commerce applications.
Conduct regular validations of product data to proactively identify and resolve data anomalies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency with complex enterprise software applications such as Oracle, SAP or SalesForce.
Advanced computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Demonstrated ability to create documents outlining requirements for our internal customers and process workflows.
Open to work in shifts as per Business required.
