We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Management Trainee / Marketing Executive to support and manage our product marketing initiatives and support external communications. This role focuses on coordinating with an external agency, for smooth functioning of our customer loyalty platform – seamless communication, smooth data flow, tracking and guiding the team to address customer complaints. This person would also be responsible for promoting the product platform and coordinating with the commerce team by updating them on the status each month. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and has a good understanding of digital tools best practices and general communication principles.
What would you be responsible for?
· Drive the loyalty program for Ayvens with an objective of increasing sign ups and referrals
o Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote loyalty program benefits and engage members across various channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
o Monitor program performance using analytics tools, track key metrics (like redemption rates, active engagement), generate reports, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
o Coordinate with an external agency, for smooth functioning of our customer loyalty platform
o Work closely with sales, sales support, vehicle delivery team, customer service and technology teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with broader business goals.
o Improve the customer experience for loyalty members, streamline program access and point processing and address customer complaints
· Identify and gather information to support operational and strategic decision-making.
o Monitor competitors and industry news in the sector (Market intelligence)
o Fine-tune alerts and scout for relevant websites, reports, publication to subscribe to relevant and important local as well as international news on car leasing, automotive industry, auto technology and sustainability initiatives in the auto sector to aid in creation of an internal newsletter
· Improve user journey on digital platforms
o Review UI of the driver application as per brand guidelines
· Assist in creating product uptake strategy
o Market products by planning and executing marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels to drive brand awareness and conversion.
o Brief the agency to produce valuable and engaging communication collateral that attracts and converts our target groups and brings alive the communication strategy.
· Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
· Liaise with the creative agency to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative content that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes providing feedback and direction on content.
What qualities should you have for us to consider you for this role?
Bachelor’s degree in mass media with upto 2 years of experience working with an agency OR full time MBA in marketing.
· Experience in managing loyalty program, marketing coordination, client servicing, communications, or a related role will surely help.
· Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
· Self-driven and proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to take initiative
· Experience working with external vendors or agencies is a plus.
· Experience with digital tools will be great – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
· A positive attitude and a passion for learning.

+ Ideally built and executed brands at a global scale
+ Possesses solid subject matter expertise in all aspects of brand strategy and visual and verbal identity: positioning, architecture, design, naming, voice, messaging and content development
