- Proficiency with reporting
- Clear linkage of campaigns to revenue or pipeline metrics.
What We're Looking For

- Proven experience building and optimizing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, DV360, Meta, and other paid social and display channels.
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys, GTM strategy, and customer psychology.
- Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, creative, and website operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear creative briefs and actionable messaging.
- A self-starter who can independently drive initiatives from planning to execution without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills—you're comfortable digging into data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable insights.
- A growth mindset—you love learning, experimenting, and solving problems creatively.
- Results-driven: You thrive on showing the business impact of your work.
- High standards and a sense of urgency—you thrive in high-expectation environments and are not comfortable with mediocrity or "good enough."
