The Marketing Platforms Management team leads the technology strategy and engineering delivery of marketing campaigns and centralizing of marketing assets?
This position works closely with Enterprise Marketing Platform Solutions Product teams to craft, develop and support critical components and platforms for majority of American Express products and services, that drive current and prospective customer acquisition and loyalty via multitude of channels. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, action-and-results oriented leader to lead this fast-evolving eco system.
The ideal candidate is required to be accomplished in the development and deployment of complex software solutions, with a strong focus on, Cloud based engineering, various Java technologies including Spring, API design and user experience. The candidate should be able to come up with innovative solutions, have a pragmatic approach to application architecture, and be excited to work on a varied tech stack. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the functional platforms, plan, manage, and execute the tech advancement roadmap. You are required to have a futuristic mindset, ability to question status quo and technologically advance the platforms.

**Job Responsibilities** :
+ Bring a strong technical foundation; able to engage the team on coding practices, architecture, design, get under the hood of complex integrated architectures, coding systems, and interface design
+ Collaborate successfully with product owners, designers, and a broad set of internal Technical partners (across multiple internal groups)

**Qualifications** :
+ Engineering experience using the following Adobe products - CDP, AJO, CJA & Analytics
+ Google Cloud application development experience using data services such as BigQuery and BigTable
+ Marketing Technology engineering experience
+ Extensive background in Software Engineering and Computer Science.
+ 10 years of demonstrable experience building and deploying large scale software products.
+ Strong Experience in Agile development, code review, Big Data - Hive, Spark, Python, Google Big Query, Rest API, Performance optimization in Big Data, CSS, HTML, Java, Javascript, React, Spring framework, Redis, Relational database, Cloud computing, UNIX and Web Services.
+ Experience with SQL, Adobe (AEP, CDP & AJO)
+ Moderate or higher skill in SOA, Restful, Asynchronous and Microservices technologies for large scale environments.
+ Strong understanding and experienced in CICD and DevOps
+ In depth knowledge of Customer Marketing technology ecosystem and related programs is preferred
+ Knowledge of American Express Marketing & Data platforms a plus
+ The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical individuals
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills required, with ability to create and deliver effective presentations to executive leadership and technical architects across the organization is a plus.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to head our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) technology, eCommerce, and marketing technology initiatives.
This leader will own the end-to-end tech stack and platform operations supporting our D2C business, including eCommerce websites, CRM, POS systems, OMS integrations, marketing automation, and conversational commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Commerce Platforms:
- Manage and enhanceboth the brands
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of all eCommerce platforms Drive personalization, conversion optimization, and new feature rollouts
- Lead platform migrations, upgrades, and integration roadmaps
2. Omnichannel Technology:
- Own the OMS implementation across all D2C channels
- Lead integration of digital commerce platforms with SAP, logistics (Pando), CRM, and marketplaces

7. Tech Program Management:

8. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the tech partner to marketing, COCO operations, eCommerce, and marketplace teams

In this role, you will be responsible for digital marketing analytics, particularly ownership of Adobe Analytics platform and the use of adobe analytics to analyze website and app performance, feature benefits analyses, track and monitor campaign KPIs and enable self-serve consumption across marketing and merchandising teams. Purpose of the role
The purpose of the Business Analyst (SFMC & Data cloud) role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, enabling data-driven and personalized customer engagement strategies across marketing channels. This role plays a critical part in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex marketing and customer data requirements into scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data cloud.
By leveraging expertise in SFMC tools (e.g., Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) and Salesforce Data cloud capabilities, the Business Analyst enables unified customer profiles, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization. The role supports the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives, enhances data governance and integration, and contributes to marketing transformation through best practices, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
