**Core Job Responsibilities**
Conceptualize and Lead execution of marketing plans for portfolio(s) as per franchise goals and budgets, coordinate with internal functions, customers and external service providers, monitor on ground execution of programs/ conferences/ events/ promotions etc., troubleshoot, ensure the right set of metrics are in place for tracking success.
Planning and implementing Product launches and Product life cycle management. Monitoring sales performance and effectiveness of marketing programs against goals set.
Product Life cycle management and working with cross functional teams to drive product approvals, inventory planning and product availability as per portfolio marketing plans.
Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, therapy adoption etc. relevant to own products in-country in order to analyze impact of market conditions, guide local franchise operations teams, report back to the regional/global team & highlight possible modifications to the regional/ franchise marketing plans
Development of key marketing communications for portfolio, works closely with agencies and media to develop right messaging and its delivery; seeking regional and global approvals; tracking the effectiveness of the communication to drive differentiation.
Track brand/ market performance of product(s), root cause analysis and action plan development in collaboration with sales function (including travel, campaigns, promotion activities etc.)
Establish relationships with KOLs in the field; Identify key Physician champions for franchise; Develop support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management; Ensure product messaging and placements in symposiums and main customer events/conferences.
Conducting investigative research to assess brand image, market share and growth opportunities.
Providing effective support to sales team, including product & clinical messaging training.
Enable and contribute towards a cohesive Marketing function by:
Transmitting the Organization's values, vision and direction
Providing Functional direction and adequate resources, removing barriers and helping develop people's skills; articulating expectations and drive performance to fuel business growth
Ensure compliance of A&P and FOC process as per auditable guidelines and processes.

- Develop and execute global lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), and Google Ads, focusing on key regions and markets for our EdTech products.
- Identify and target specific audience segments across different geographic regions to generate high-quality leads .
- Develop and tailor strategies for various markets, understanding regional differences in behavior, interests, and cultural nuances.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across global markets, from ideation to targeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and tracking conversion performance across diverse regions.
- Set and manage paid ad budgets for global campaigns, monitor ROI, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives, copy, and landing pages are designed to resonate with regional target audiences.
- Provide insights and feedback on how creative assets can be optimized to increase conversions across different global markets.

- Conduct competitor analysis in various global markets and research industry-specific keywords, platforms, and audience behaviors to improve lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align global marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in nurturing leads through the funnel and converting them into long-term customers.
- Experience : 4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly global lead generation in the EdTech industry .
- Platforms Expertise : Strong experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads , Meta (Facebook) Ads , and Google Ads , targeting multiple regions globally.
- Lead Generation : In-depth knowledge of global lead generation strategies through paid digital channels, with experience in scaling lead generation efforts across various markets.
- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to track, analyze , and optimize campaigns for global performance.
- Ad Copy and Creative : Strong understanding of effective ad copywriting , collaborating with design teams on creative direction, and optimizing landing pages for conversions in various global markets.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
