About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Expert to lead, execute, and optimize our performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads), and LinkedIn Ads. This is a freelance role where the expert will take full ownership of campaign setup, ad design coordination, keyword planning, bidding strategies, budget management, A/B testing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Understand the business objectives, service offerings, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Create a comprehensive digital ad strategy tailored to each platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Conduct detailed competitor and keyword research to identify ad opportunities
Develop buyer personas and customer journey maps to align messaging and targeting
Ad Campaign Setup & Execution
Setup and manage PPC campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Posts, Lead Gen Forms)
Create and manage multiple ad sets with variations in creatives, targeting, and copy
Develop high-converting landing pages in collaboration with internal or external designers (optional)
Ad Copy & Creative Coordination
Write persuasive and action-oriented ad copy for each platform
- Coordinate with internal teams or design freelancers to produce high-quality visual creatives (images, videos, carousels)
Ensure all creatives adhere to platform guidelines and brand tone
Budget Management & Bidding
Define media budget allocation by platform
- Implement smart bidding strategies based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Monitor spend and optimize in real-time to avoid budget leaks
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc., for accurate tracking
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with:
Campaign impressions, clicks, CTR
- Cost per conversion
- ROI/ROAS metrics
Funnel performance (top to bottom)
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, CTAs, audience sets, and landing pages
- Provide actionable insights and continuously optimize based on data
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 46 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in performance-based advertising
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of audience targeting (demographic, behavioral, interest-based, lookalike audiences)
Hands-on experience in:
Conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM setup)
- Funnel analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
A/B testing of creatives and landing pages
Strong copywriting skills for ad texts, headlines, and CTAs
- Familiarity with ad policies and platform guidelines (especially Meta & LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead nurturing
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu for competitor research
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page adjustments (optional)
