Principal Accountabilities

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Consultant to join our Digital & Consumer Insights team. In this role, you will take full ownership of insight delivery for one or more client accounts, acting as the key point of contact for reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic inputs. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for your category, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to developing frameworks and storytelling that go beyond metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of social and digital reporting for assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary client-facing point for insight delivery, timelines, and project escalations.
- Translate business objectives into reporting structures, tagging frameworks, and actionable narratives.
- Drive interpretation of consumer conversations, platform trends, and cultural context.
- Contribute to and review dashboards, queries, and report drafts with a strong focus on quality.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Mentor consultants and interns on tools, frameworks, writing, and presentation best practices.
- Support new business POCs, client onboarding, and vertical-specific innovation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in social media analytics, consumer insights, or digital research.
- Proven ability to own client relationships, deliver presentations, and manage reporting independently.
- Strong storytelling skills that connect platform KPIs to brand or business implications.
- Prior experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch) is a must.
- Ability to review and guide Boolean queries, tagging frameworks, and content mapping.
- Strong understanding of vertical-specific consumer behavior (e.g., streaming, QSR, fashion, beauty, sports).
- High level of comfort with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with insight decks and data visualisations.
