The Role: We are looking for a dynamic people leader who understands the bigger picture and can balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution excellence. Profile & Experience:
- 11+ years of overall experience with 7-8 years in talent acquisition for Voice Volume hiring along with people management expertise.
- Hands-on experience with bulk and frontline hiring.
- Experience in third-party business process services companies preferred.
- Strong understanding of BPO dynamics and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-moving, customer-centric, hands-on environment.
- Highly adaptable and organized personality with proven excellent project management skills and strong business acumen.
- Experience working in a global, matrix environment with multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
