Key Responsibilities:
Material & Production Planning:
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate material availability to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Track factory performance against monthly production & shipment plans.
Factory & Supplier Coordination:
- Work with HQ Supply Chain on supplier qualification, audits, and site management.
- Resolve on-site production issues to minimize delays.
- Support EOL order closure by ensuring timely material allocation and production prioritization.
Execution & Problem-Solving:
- Proactively identify and escalate production blockers (material, capacity, logistics).
- Ensure accurate project clearing, billing, and documentation.
- Maintain real-time visibility of factory/supplier statuses and report risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in PMC (Production & Material Control), production planning, or program management—preferably with stronger exposure to planning systems (MRP/ERP, capacity analysis) in Consumer Electronics Industry.
- Data-driven planner: Skilled in balancing material constraints, lead times, and demand changes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to align factories, suppliers, and HQ teams.
- Resilient under pressure, with a results-oriented mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
