Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and perform stocktakes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders for picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Operate and ensure efficient use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks promptly.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site capacity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
