+ Oversee end-to-end program management for technical training delivery and awareness-building initiatives.
+ Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure continuous growth in Bentley application usage and software adoption.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned to sustain and expand Bentley Education initiatives.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (equivalent experience may be considered).
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in Users Success, Account Management, or a similar user-facing role within a software vendor or AEC infrastructure organization.
+ Strong understanding of India's education ecosystem
+ Proficiency in one or more Bentley software applications
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
+ User focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong relationships.
+ Professional presence, resilience, and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
+ Willingness to travel to academic institutions and Bentley industry partners across India.
