We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
This is a unique technology lead role providing a platform to lead the end-to-end project deliveries from a technical perspective which involves hands-on coding, building world class architectural solutions and walking on a road full of challenges.
Asset Distribution Engine team works on the latest technologies, frameworks and tooling which provides a great opportunity to learn and grow on the job.
- You will be responsible for working on a module for software delivery
- Accountable for preparing the technical delivery plan and ensuring the timelines are met
- Implementation (Coding) of assigned modules/tasks, building reusable code bases and providing technical guidance to the team members
- Liaising with product owners, BAs and developers for clarity on stories, acceptance criteria and testing scope
- Working closely with architecture team to build solutions that appropriately address business needs and timelines having futuristic thought process and embedded design thinking
- Working with different stakeholders from different locations ensuring delivery is at focus
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in relevant stream
- A minimum of 6 years' IT software Development experience
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Java 8 or above, SpringBoot, JUnits, Maven and SQL
- Extensive hands on experience on APIs and Web/micro Services (REST, SOAP)
- Hands on experience on React JS, Node JS, HTML5 and advanced CSS
- API Contract Design (RAML/Swagger) and design thinking
- Good knowledge in API integration, Service-oriented architecture and development
- Databases (relational, non-relational) ideally Oracle/ Mongo
- Experience on cloud platforms (PCF/AWS/GCP/Azure), Knowledge on GCP/IKP is a plus
- Tooling - Hands on experience on Sonar, Checkmarx, Jenkins, GitHub etc
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps using JIRA/Confluence, Splunk, AppDynamics, CI/CD automation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as he/she has to work in global environments

**_Role Overview:_**
We are hiring for Sr DevOps Engineer who will improve and maintain software development, test and live infrastructure and services.
**About the Role:**
+ Support development teams on various devtools like Jira , Confluence , Github, SVN, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube etc.
+ Follow DevOps practices, automate infrastructure activities, documents standards and procedures.
+ Drive existing automation frameworks forward to benefit automation across multiple products and if needed create new frameworks.
+ Automate software development processes, including build, test, and deployment.
+ Coding using Python and AWS cloud formation.
+ Ability to learn to use new tools, and quickly become a subject matter expert.
+ Additional duties as assigned
**About You:**
+ 5 to 8 years of experience as Developer or Tools Engineer
+ Strong systems analysis and programming skills
+ Extensive scripting experience with Python.
+ Proficiency in Linux
+ Proficiency with Jenkins Pipeline, Groovy, Github, SVN, Artifactory
+ Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as Salt, Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
+ Understanding of the principles of CI and CD
+ Experience in integrating Code Quality Analysis Tools like SonarQube.
+ Experience in IaC (Cloud formation, Terraform)
+ Able to migrate development environment from one platform to another (SVN to Github)
