Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Community Support Manager to lead their fully remote team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in case management, counseling, and crisis intervention.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a remote team effectively.
