**Key Responsibilities**
Perform engineering analysis under general supervision

Key Responsibilities:
- Cooling System Design Leadership:
- Design innovative cooling solutions for hyperscale data centers, including chilled water systems, direct expansion (DX) systems, air and liquid cooling technologies, and alternative cooling methods.

The engineer will be working on New Product Design & Development & will be responsible to plan, design & execute all mechanical design requirements as assigned by the Project Lead right from concept to detailed design, engineering verification & followed by transfer of design to production.
ROLES & RESONSIBILITIES
As part of the R&D team, the employee should be able to perform following duties to support the team’s goals but not limited to the following:
- Actively participate in following product development activities – Concept design, design planning, design development & execution stages of new products.
- Analyze, interpret and establish design requirements based on marketing inputs & available technical data.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Industrial design, Electrical, Marketing and purchasing teams.
- Research design options and perform experiments to determine potential design feasibility.
- Prepare clear, concise and accurate conceptual/design models & drawings, defining tolerances, fits, clearances & space requirements

TECHNICAL COMPETENCY:

- Hands on Experience with CAD software’s like Solid works with exposure to surface modelling, skeleton model/Master model concept.
