Responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.

about the position
Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Engineering Lead - Static Equipment, this role will be based in Chevron's office in Bengaluru. Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Facilities - Mechanical Engineers providing leadership and guidance on standard tools and processes such as Engineering Work Orders, Management of Change, Chevron's Turnaround process and Root Cause Analysis techniques
+ Set clear expectations and support creation and management of the team's performance and development plans
+ Partner with customers and stakeholders to prioritize the team's workload. Ensure the team is appropriately resourced to meet the customer's needs and business plan commitments
+ Responsible for the timeliness and quality of the team's deliverables including Engineering Work Orders as well as technical and constructability reviews
