Texonica Edge is seeking an experienced Media Buying Specialist to manage & optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a performance-driven mindset, and hands-on experience with paid channels like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

This is a remote, part-time role for candidates who are proactive, data-driven, and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, & manage paid campaigns across platforms
  • Monitor campaign perf. & optimize toward KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, content)
  • Conduct audience & market research
  • Provide perf. reports with strategic insights & recommendations


Requirements:

  • Min. 2–3 yrs exp. in media buying or performance mktg
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, & other paid media tools

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding player in the E-commerce & Social Media space, is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Social Media Strategy to lead their initiatives. This is a critical, fully remote role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and e-commerce sales. You will oversee all social media channels, content creation, campaign management, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, digital marketing best practices, and e-commerce conversion strategies. You will lead a remote team of social media specialists and content creators, fostering innovation and ensuring brand consistency across all online presences. This is a remote-first position, requiring excellent communication, leadership, and digital collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with business objectives and e-commerce goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of social media channel management, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative social media campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a remote team of social media managers, content creators, and digital marketers.
  • Develop and manage the social media budget effectively.
  • Stay at the forefront of social commerce trends and best practices.
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in social media marketing and strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that have driven significant growth in engagement, followership, and e-commerce sales.
  • Expertise across major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective advertising capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and creative storytelling abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing is an advantage.
This role is based in **Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN**, but is a fully remote opportunity, enabling you to work from any location in India.
