**Responsibilities:**

- Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience, aligns with our brand voice, and encourages community participation.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive interactions with our community members.
- Utilize Sprout Social or similar social media management tools to schedule and publish content, monitor social media conversations, track metrics, and analyze performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product management, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Implement advocacy strategies to encourage our community members to become brand advocates, creating a network of loyal customers who actively promote our products or services.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and industry experts to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of our social media community management efforts.
- Track and report on key social media metrics, such as community growth, engagement rates, and sentiment analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to drive performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media platforms, and innovative community management techniques to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of social media engagement.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years experience in Social Media
- Proven experience as a Social Media Communities Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful community management and engagement strategies.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Sprout Social, Hubspot, or similar platforms, for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media activities.
- Strong understanding of community management best practices, including engagement strategies, user-generated content, and influencer marketing.
- Experience in a global organization managing audiences across geographies and languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Experience implementing advocacy programs and leveraging brand ambassadors to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative community engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies is a plus.
