JD**:Production Coordinator (videos/motion)**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Oversee video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and managing on-set operations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the vision and goals of each project are met.
- Manage and review content for ad films, corporate videos, training videos, and industrial videos.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain approvals and sign-offs at key stages of the project.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Maintain a network of industry contacts and stay current with trends in motion graphics and video production.
- Managing of video’s production designs, mood board, log sheets for the execution of any video production.
- You’ll coordinate to create not just what the client asked for but what their campaign needs, producing beautifully designed decks that are in line with the project’s objectives and requirements.
- Managing and arranging video shoots production pan India.
- Dealing and arranging vendors (videographers/cinematographers, line production, equipment vendors, models, stylist, props etc.)
- Explaining the brief to the production team and getting done the work.
- Responsible for attending and directing the video shoot as per the approved script & production design.
- Evaluate the project, prepare cost sheets. Deliver the project with in approved cost and timeline.
- Get it done work from the production and post production team to deliver quality work to the client within given timelines.
- Trace the projects progress as per the given millstone and benchmark and assess the risk in advance, in case of any.
- Handle client escalations efficiently.
- Open for traveling locally and outstation for the client meetings and video shoots.
- As part of the team for one of our A-list clients, you’ll be collaborating with animators, editors, production crew as well as with PMs, operations managers, and other talents.
- Responsible for coordinating with the post production team and getting work done.
- Working on multiple projects at once, you go above and beyond each brief to push what’s possible on both a creative and technical level.
- Whether it’s through programmatic targeting or dynamic content, your job is to get the right message across to the right audience(s).
- You would be responsible for the delivery of the final QC video to the client.
