Role Overview:
As part of the Video Production team, you will work closely with ExOps to document, produce, and edit videos for a variety of events and projects. You'll be hands-on with the camera, lights, and sound while also contributing creatively to the storytelling process. This role requires travel to different locations for off-sites and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for events, campaigns, and client projects.
- Work with the ExOps team to capture live experiences during off-sites and activations.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop video concepts.
- Support in post-production editing (basic to intermediate level: trimming, color correction, sound balancing, etc.)
- Ensure timely delivery of content in line with project schedules.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in video storytelling.
