**About the Role**:
This is a **remote-friendly role**, ideal for professionals who are self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently and in a hybrid format.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand image and public presence
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and communication materials
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses
- Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports (coverage, reach, sentiment analysis)
- Draft, pitch, and successfully feature articles, op-eds, and press releases across relevant media platforms
- Coordinate interviews, press events, online campaigns, and media interactions
- Manage brand reputation and handle crisis communications when necessary
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Contribute to social media and content strategy from a PR perspective
- Research industry trends, competitor PR activity, and suggest innovative tactics
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications (freshers with strong internships/portfolios may be considered)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong understanding of digital PR, media outreach, and content marketing
- Comfortable using PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Google Alerts) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Creative thinker with strong networking and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines remotely
**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)**:
