About the Role

The role involves driving advertising, sponsorship, and digital campaign sales across multiple channels.


Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through sales of:
  • Magazine ad space (print and digital editions)
  • Online banner and native ads
  • Webinar sponsorships and EDM campaigns
  • Event partnerships and logo visibility options
  • Identify new clients and sectors within pharma, biotech, healthcare, and allied industries.
  • Present customised media and branding solutions to clients and agencies.

Client Servicing & Relationship Building

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media planners.
  • Maintain a high level of client engagement, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a single point of contact between the client and internal editorial/design teams.

Sales Planning & Reporting

  • Maintain updated client databases and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare proposals, rate cards, and campaign performance reports.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Executive: 1–3 years in B2B / media / advertising sales
  • Sr. Executive: 3–6 years in media sales (preferably pharma / healthcare / manufacturing verticals)

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Media, or Communication preferred


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking abilities and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital media tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the media industry

Our client, a cutting-edge digital agency, is looking for a visionary and highly creative Lead Creative Director to spearhead their artistic vision and guide the development of innovative campaigns. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the creative output across a diverse range of digital platforms, including web, social media, video, and interactive experiences. You will be responsible for conceptualizing compelling ideas, leading design teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative work that resonates with target audiences and achieves client objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate creative strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
  • Conceptualize and lead the execution of high-impact creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, content marketing, and brand experiences.
  • Manage and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the creative process, from initial ideation and concept development to final execution and delivery.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all creative output.
  • Present creative concepts and final work to clients and stakeholders, articulating the strategic rationale behind each decision.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative department.
  • Manage creative project timelines and budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related creative field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative roles within advertising, digital media, or marketing agencies, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful digital creative work, demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution excellence.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams.
  • Expertise in digital design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fully remote work environment.
  • A deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and their creative potential.
