**Responsibilities**:
1. Blood Collection: Skillfully collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques while maintaining a sterile and safe environment. Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of all specimens collected.

2. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

3. Quality Control:Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and test results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the integrity of laboratory procedures.

4. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Record test results accurately in laboratory information systems (LIS) or electronic health records (EHR). Maintain comprehensive and organized records of patient information, test results, and laboratory procedures.

5.Collaboration:Work collaboratively with physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate laboratory services. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care and laboratory test results.

6. Health Camp Participation: Participate in health camps organized by the polyclinic on weekends to provide laboratory services, conduct screenings, and assist healthcare professionals in delivering preventive care to the community.

7. Adherence to Safety Protocols:Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures in handling hazardous materials, infectious specimens, and biohazardous waste. Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment to ensure the safety of staff and patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid certification in phlebotomy and venipuncture techniques.
- experience working as a Medical Laboratory Technician in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures, equipment operation, and quality control protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Willingness to work weekends and participate in health camps as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) qualification is an advantage.

**Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA)**

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- Work closely with the Account Manager who is assigned to specific accounts and physicians.
- Provide extensive support to Vohra physicians and facility partners to identify issues and respond to inquiries.
- Quickly identify, address, document and track critical service-related items and customer inquiries.
- Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
- Reporting any anomalies to the reporting manager.
- Feedback to be completed in a timely manner, review & report.
- Responsible for all correspondence with customers ensuring all aspects of a project are effectively communicated and documented.

- Upon arrival, captures patient’s vital signs, past medical, social and family history, medication usage and preferred pharmacy information.

- Able to perform EKG’s, PFT’s spirometry, nebulizer treatments and ear irrigations, and other procedures, as required by the practice and directed by the Physician/Provider
- Able to perform in-office lab testing such as glucose testing, strep screens, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, and HgA1c as directed by the physician/provider.
- Able to perform sterilization on instruments used for minor procedures/surgeries according to the CDC recommended guidelines.
- Maintains all certifications/licensures as required by the scope of the role being performed.
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements including HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
- Support the Team Lead -CRM to implement policies as laid down by the companies.
- Routing Carve Off’s as and when required.
- Calls to facilities based in US basis the states assigned.
- Calls connected with Facilities - Increase First Contact.
- Aiming to schedule meetings with US facilities for Growth in business.
- Revenue Improvement - Conversions of New meetings to sale (1st encounter).

**Qualifications, Skill & Experience Levels**:

- Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience Healthcare/Patient & Physician centric environment as an Executive/Agent/Nursing/Medical Support.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Prior working experience as a C.N.A, EMT, Phlebotomist, Athletic Trainer or other healthcare discipline that provides direct patient care.
- Or a Certified MA from the National Health Career Association (NHA).
- Or completed any MA education program but has not received certification as of yet.
