RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level clinical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), including assessment, diagnosis, resuscitation, stabilization, and management.
- Supervise and lead the ICU medical team comprising residents, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based critical care.
- Perform advanced procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, percutaneous tracheostomy, bronchoscopy, and ultrasound-guided interventions.
- Coordinate care with other specialists such as anesthetists, pulmonologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, and surgeons as per patient needs.
- Manage ICU protocols and ensure strict adherence to infection control guidelines, quality assurance measures, and patient safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria:
- DM/DNB in Critical Care Medicine OR

- Proven expertise in emergency medicine, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, renal replacement therapy, and sepsis care.
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
