Role Overview

I. Aesthetic consultation and planning

A. Conduct detailed consultation with each customer with concerns listing and prioritizing

B. Entering all the concerns in the “fi ndings” section of the software

C. Making a detailed treatment plan (package) for the customer that will offer a multi-pronged approach for treating customer concerns

D. Set realistic expectations, detail out the treatment journey for the cases and explain using videos or photos or other visual props

E. Encourage follow-up patient visits by building trust and motivation

F. Enter treatment plan in the “treatment plan section” of software

G. Explain the treatment plan to the patient counselor so that counselor can give price package to the customer

H. Prescribe appropriate products and home care routine for the patient

II. Procedure Execution:

A. Preferred hands-on experience / skills in order of priority

4. CO2 laser

5. PICO (Fractional) laser

B. Lead treatment execution along with the support of nursing staff – nursing staff has SOP for procedure and room preparation

III. Timings

A. Full time from 10 am to 5 pm

Requirements:

● Education & Licensing

○ MBBS or BDS. But candidates with an MBBS degree will be preferred

○ Mandatory course in medical aesthetics

○ Candidates who have done additional course in injectables will be preferred – in absence of course, experience in injectables will also be considered

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, experienced, and knowledgeable medical scribe to assist our client’s healthcare team with documenting patient medical records. The successful applicant will be responsible for documenting accurate and detailed information on patient visits. The ideal candidate will adhere to practice protocols and processes, and effectively manage the volume of work without allowing quality to be compromised. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
• Scribe medical record documentation utilizing electronic medical record applications.
• Ensure medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the prescribed format.

Qualification:

• MBBS+ MD(General Medicine/Internal Medicine)
• MBBS+PGDCC/FNIC
• Experience: 5+ years post MBBS.
• Strong knowledge of ECG interpretation and experience working in cardiology unit.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and report ECGs accurately and promptly within the TAT and extend support by guiding the Doctors/ Customers.
• Review the patient's ECG and send the reports to hospitals/ clinics/ diagnostic centers/ nursing homes around the clock without delay to save critical patients.
• Ensure support to healthcare professionals over the phone to report critical/ emergency cases detected.
• Review the necessary information to determine the readiness of patients’ reports.
• Ensure a detailed approach, accuracy, and timely completion of the diagnosis of ECG data.
