Role & Scope of Work
- QA/QC Site Documentation management for all projects
- Generate Fortnightly and monthly reports
- Generation of Quality inspection reports of projects, QC documentation on a daily basis at the allocated project
- Report Generation/ Raise NCRs/ Reduce NCR,s by preventive recommendations/ better practices
- Follow up with ops team for closure
- Checking of conduits and sleeves in concreting woks
- checking of Internal & external works of Plumbing works in villas/apartments, Fire fighting ,Fire alarm system , WTP, STP, Reticulated gas
- Witness testing and commissioning of MEP works & equipments at onsite/Lab/3rd party lab/Vendor place
- Witnessing, testing and commissioning of Pre ,during & post installation of MEP works
- Check ,Review and detail study of relevant drawing,
- Preparation of SOPs/ Quality Documents/ ITP/ Checklist/ Method Statement/ QAP/ Manuals
- Review of contracts documents /technical submittals/ material submittal/ Method statements/ reports and other relevant documents submitted by contractors/ subcontractors
- Monitoring, Sequence of building & supervision of execution work in fields of Plumbing, Fire fighting ,Fire alarm system , WTP, STP, Reticulated gas
- Ensure that executed work as per specification & drawings and meet the quality standards
- Testing of materials/ process/ workmanship and generate records on the same acceptance/ rejection
- Awareness of all types of construction materials and functions
- Highlighting queries to concern authorities .Co-ordination and follow up with them for rectification
- Conducting | attending all technical meeting at site to resolve site related issues
- Training to operations team as and when required to avoid deviations in work execution and to share the existing Quality issues that need to be addressed to prevent recurrence
- Effective coordination in between the Civil & MEP personnel at site for smooth execution of the work
- Coordinate with all other departments with respect to QC/ QA requirements
- Develop and conduct training session on technical topics that are relevant to real estate construction works.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach towards the job responsibilities that are delegated
- Should be able to multitask and prioritize using good time management skills
- Assist the entire QA team with files management (online and hard copies as applicable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also preferred
- Analytical approach and proficiency computation and presentation tools
- Should be fluent in operating on MS Office tools and Basis of AutoCAD to create/ analyze drawings.
Ownership and Accountability
- You shall be accountable for the following in your work:
- Timely delivery of all documentation as per Quality department’s requirement.
- Compile data from reports that come from site and reports for the team and Management
- Monthly management meet preparatory works
- Maintain up to date Checklists, test reports and any other documents and records as found necessary by QA
- To provide technical solutions to Quality issues (with guidance and reference standards)
- Technical interactions with contractors and other relevant agencies
- Review of procedures ,Shop drawings ,Technical submittals & witness testing and commissioning of MEP activities at site and vendor place
- Assist QA team in creating/ updating the process Documents, Testing Documents, Quality Control Formats, Training Material, Etc
- Build, implement and monitor the Quality Management System ( QMS) along with QA
- Assist the entire QA team with files management (online and hard copies as applicable)
- Organize and record Monthly Quality Review Meetings with QA and QC teams,
- Support QA Managers and HOD in QA activities related documentations, meetings and documenting every aspect of the activities that come under QA
Requirements
- Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical. Experience- 10 to 15 Yrs in field of Plumbing and fire fighting
- Experience: Must have 6 to 10 Yrs in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance in MEP works
- Knowledge: Construction Quality Control and Quality Assurance process and documentation
- Good organizational skills, good attention to detail, ability to work alone and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Experience and knowledge on QMS, QA/QC
- Experience in Finishing works
- Knowledge of applicable IS codes/ standards/ specifications/ drawings
- Well versed in Quality testing tool and techniques
- MS Windows, MS office and AutoCAD

The position is for an Electronics Engineer who can remotely support the tech center in Middle East & also open to travel to the Tech Center for short durations.
Job Responsibilities:
The role of the Electrical Engineer is:
· Study electrical circuit design document, electrical schematics and manual test instruction procedure and completely understand PCBA functionality.
· Perform circuit simulation using software like PSpice, LTSpice, and/or Cadence etc.
· Perform PCBA testing and debugging using standard measurement equipment.
· Analyze electronic components to find suitable replacements.
· Develop technical documentation required for sustaining PCBA like design document, manuals, test procedure etc.
· Work with Electrical CAD designers for preparing circuit schematic/PCBA layout, bill of materials and review their work.
· Provide bill of materials and procure components for prototyping PCBA.
· Perform statistical analysis of data provided.
· Prepare and continuously share updates of the detailed project plan and progress of project with other Schlumberger Product Centers.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a premier Tier-2 college ( Preferably NITs or Deemed University) in India
Experience : 2-5 Years
Key Skills:-
- Electronic circuit design (analog & digital)
- Circuit simulation
- Testing and troubleshooting / debugging of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA)
- Mixed-signal Electronics
- Rework/repair
Skills Required:-
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic circuit analysis, failure investigation and analysis of electronic components and printed circuit assembly boards.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical circuit simulation using PSpice, Cadence etc.
- Hands-on experience in printed circuit assembly boards testing and debugging using standard measurement equipment (such as digital multi-meter, power supply, digital oscilloscope, function generator, logic analyzer).
- Knowledge and experience of digital serial and parallel communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, CAN etc - Basic statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Additional Skills:-
- Knowledge / understanding of grounding and shielding techniques and standards (EMI/EMC) for keeping signal integrity in mixed signal boards.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of programming of devices such as microprocessors, FPGAs
- LabVIEW, VHDL
This is an office-based position, with the expectation to come in four days a week.
