Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing roadmap tailored to the steel & alloys industry.

  • Ensure the website is an effective lead generation tool with strong CTAs and landing pages .

3. Content & Social Media Marketing:

  • Create and manage content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics showcasing the company’s expertise in steel and alloys.
  • Handle social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube ) to build brand credibility and industry engagement.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, newsletters, and customer retention.

4. Lead Generation & CRM Management:

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital campaigns and funnel optimization.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and nurture leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

5. Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to track campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Monitor key metrics like traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and customer acquisition costs .
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends.

The Profile

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industrial/B2B marketplaces (e.g., IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia).
  • Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing for social media content.
  • Understanding of supply chain and metal industry trends .

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field .
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing , preferably in the manufacturing, steel, or alloys industry .
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and content marketing .
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies and industrial buyer personas.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer with a strong foundation in SEO, SEM, social media, and website management, particularly in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in content strategy, marketing automation, and cross-functional collaboration with international stakeholders.

What you will do:

DIGITAL STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display/retargeting, and social media.
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing programs to generate sales-qualified leads and incremental revenue.
  • Launch and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & OPTIMIZATION

  • Create and manage marketing content including advertising, white papers, articles, emails, short-form content, social media posts, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with content teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for SEO.
  • Map content to the customer buying journey and support complex sales processes, targeting OEM design engineers.
  • WEBSITE & SEO MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, AEM, Drupal).
  • Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine performance.
  • Ensure website UX, speed, and responsiveness are optimized.
  • ANALYTICS & REPORTING

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console.
  • Deliver routine analytics and KPIs to senior management, including ROI calculations and competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborating on the analysis of competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions
  • STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

  • Support product positioning and messaging for both existing and new product launches.
  • Assist with event marketing, including strategy, collateral, and promotions.
  • MARKETING AUTOMATION & DATABASE MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee marketing automation initiatives to nurture leads and shape market perceptions.
  • Manage database marketing efforts and ensure compliance with company marketing policies.

  • We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
